1.Overview
PEZA specializes in custom-packaged silicone nipple covers manufactured according to each client’s specifications.
All products are produced based on customer-approved packaging, labeling, and order quantities. Because these items are made-to-order and personalized, they cannot be restocked or resold once shipped.
All customized and private-label orders are FINAL SALE and non-returnable unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Products
All PEZA products are considered customized goods, including but not limited to:
Private label packaging
Custom printed logos
Customized box designs
Special order quantities
Low MOQ production orders
Due to the personalized manufacturing process and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Ordering errors made by the customer
Market testing results
Packaging design dissatisfaction after mockup approval
Minor color variations due to screen display differences
Shipping delays caused by carriers
Customs clearance delays
Please review all digital proofs and order details carefully before approving production.

3. Manufacturing Defect Replacement Policy
We stand behind the quality of our materials and production process.
If your order contains a confirmed manufacturing defect, PEZA will provide:
Free replacement of defective items
or
Partial replacement proportional to the verified defect quantity
A defect includes:
Adhesive failure under normal recommended use
Material tearing or structural manufacturing flaws
Major printing errors caused by our production team
Incorrect product shipped due to our internal error
Minor cosmetic variations or slight tone differences do not qualify as defects.

4. Reporting a Defect
To request a replacement:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide:
Clear photos or video evidence
Order number
Detailed description of the issue
Claims must be submitted to:

Failure to report within the required timeframe may void eligibility.

5. No Refunds After Production Begins
Because orders enter production quickly under our low-MOQ manufacturing model, refunds cannot be issued once:
Packaging mockups are approved
Printing has started
Production has begun
We strongly encourage careful review of all proofs prior to approval.

6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only:
Within 12 hours of payment
Before production begins
After production starts, cancellation is not guaranteed.

7. Shipping Responsibility
PEZA is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Customs processing delays
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, reshipping fees will apply.

8. Hygiene & Safety Notice
Silicone nipple covers are personal-use hygiene products.
For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. California Consumer Disclosure
In accordance with California Civil Code §1723, businesses that do not offer refunds must clearly disclose their return policy.
PEZA’s policy is as follows:
All customized and private-label products are FINAL SALE and non-returnable unless defective.
This policy is clearly disclosed prior to purchase on our website and at checkout.
If no return policy were posted, California law may presume a 30-day return right for unused goods. However, because PEZA prominently discloses this Final Sale policy, such presumption does not apply.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for non-defective customized products may be formally contested.
PEZA reserves the right to provide payment processors with:
Order confirmations
Customer-approved design proofs
Production records
Shipment tracking information
Submitting a chargeback for a valid, non-defective custom order may result in account restriction and refusal of future service.

11. Nature of Transaction
Due to the custom production nature of our services, all approved orders are considered made-to-order manufacturing agreements rather than standard retail purchases.

12. California Privacy Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy limits or overrides your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or other applicable consumer protection laws.
